I shall be applying for a PR (offshore)for my new born daughter (we already have our PR).
I have downloaded the relevant form for child migration. Grateful if anyone could answer the following questions

a)Since I have not been living in Oz and now intend to sponsor my daughter would it pose any problems?

b)Is it okay to take her passport photgraph at home(with her eyes closed!), i am not sure how to manage this one - she is sleeping most of the time - maybe a good idea to wait a few weeks till she is more alert.

c)how long will it take to get the visa ? - the processing centre will be Athens

How do we go about getting the affidavit - that we have no objection to the child's migration - is there a standard wording?
