Natinwide account
As we're now living in Oz is it acceptable to contact Nationwide to declare that our address has changed or are they likely to close our account being as though we are no longer residents of the UK (it's a credit card for emergency uses only ,no other accounts with them ) Anyone changed their address over ??

Re: Natinwide account
Have you transferred large sums (10k or more) from your Nationwide account.
We are hoping to move over in next few months and I saw in other threads that you can only do 5k at a time from Nationwide.
We will wait for the xchange rate to improve (if they ever do !) and use ozforex to transfer. If there is a brief spike (like last August), we will want to react quickly and this will be difficult if it has to be done in small chunks

we didnt do that and it gets a bit complicated if you dont , there isnt a limit as to what you can transfer as far as I know, what ever you do dont use a internet cafe to look at your bank details we did when we went to NZealand and had £25,000 taken from our account we did get it back in a few days but it was a right shock.
