Hopefully in August just finishing titavating.

Worried interest rates going up may make things longer. Houses have been selling quite quickly round here but 2 on Ravenswood not selling but a bit smaller and 1 bedroom has been split in 2 just hope thats the reason they are not selling and not the rates.

I dont envy you. I truly thought that selling the house was the most stressful part. In fact I let it go for a LOT less than it was on the market for just because I wanted shot and couldnt handle it any more.

My favourite saying these days seems to be its only money. Probably why I never have any

Does anybody have any info on the area and what the state high school is like?

I have a 16 year old girl and a boy of 12 (nearly!) what is there for them to do apart from bmx track, skate park and library?

5 weeks to go and I still don't really have any definite plans as to where we are going but best to have different options I think .

I have thought about the train but the thought of having to get a train at 11 pm on my own doesnt fill me with joy to be honest so I may have to rethink again
I wil have a look at the other areas surrounding there.

The snarl ups at present are caused by roadworks that are nearly over and are moving in the Sunshine Coast direction or are called by the North Lakes off ramp construction so they can heard the lego people off into the estate.
If you were going from Narangba to city you would tend to go through Petrie Strathpine so wouldn't join till way past the snarl up points.

Hi Tracey
There's been a few rallies and protests in Narangba about the amount (and type) of industry going up close to residential areas. And there's more planned. I don't know much about it, but you may want to Google it.
Jen

The industry is mainly on the Deception Bay side of the highway as is the chemical works the fuss is about so it doesn't really effect Narangba at all. If you look on map it's mainly near Morton Downs part of D'Bay.

House prices in D'Bay are starting to move up. Kallanger is a little more built up than Narangba depends if you want the estate or country feel really.
Also worth looking at Upper Caboolture, Dakabin and Burpengary and Warner and Joiner.
