Your poll looks like it has been put together by an idiot

Not that this is a bad or unusual thing

The tension is mounting...

...will it be "N.Z bound"

...or have the voters been duped into "House prices"

Nobody know? Nobody cares?
What are we voting for?

Hey chaps ...

Shame on you !

I suppose your first post was quite perfect !

Perhaps, Tony, you might get a better response from the 'other' site. You could check up on NZ house price trends by regularly reading www.nzherald. co.nz and you should find a link there to properties for sale in NZ.

Can't help much else.

Heh, Tony. Don't take offence.

In response to your original question (not the poll ?)

Prices all over NZ are high relative to 3yrs ago and way in excess of inflation, perhaps 20% per anum in some areas.

That said. The latest reports seems to suggests that things have stabilised and in real terms, over the next year or two you can only expect perhaps a 1-5% per anum at best, possible slightly negative adjustments in some areas.

It would seem that supply is starting to match and sometimes oversupply demand so, the above is sensible and expected.

Coastal properties all over may not adhere to the above and continue to climb, as there is still allot of oversees money around. Those type of properties are allways at a premium...

I hope this helps but feel free to PM me or perhaps start another poll
