my distance learning course(AU and NZ immigrn)

my distance learning course(AU and NZ immigrn)
IMMIGRN TO NZ:AU
i have done a distance learning course in softwares (from delhi india)along with my job of s/w engineer .the course does not have any formal classes.
but i had to have a mentor- do self study under his guidance and clear the exams.the prerequisite of the course was s/w job profile
Q1how will this course be taken by immigrn authorities?
Q2how much will my job experience be counted for immigration?(ie: excluding the duration of the correspondence course ... or what)??
