There aren't that many curry houses but there is usually a kebab house around late night areas.
For the best kebab in the world try Sabbaba in Bondi. It is so good you can eat them sober.

Never in sandwiches.
I just remember stumbling around bondi with an aussie kebab and waking up with no mess down my front.
Never quite managed that here with kebabs or curries.
