I don't live there but have friends that do, My friends houses are on very large blocks approx 800-1000sq mtrs. The suburb is older so i would estimate most houses are about 30 yr old. The beach is about 3 minute drive, Public transport to the City is good. The drive about 30kms but can take 45mins to an hour. Good shops closeby for those who like to shop. I would love to live there
