MSN Messenger
Just been trying out MSN Messenger with various people on Broadband and Dialup.
Works brilliantly (Obviously) on Broadband with both WebCam and Sound, no trouble at all.
On dial up sound only is fine, however with the WebCam on as well picture quality is poor and sound degrades slightly.
Also tried Skype for sound, much the same as MSN Messenger.
Reason for the post? 1) I'm impressed, 2) Lots of people ask the questions, so thought that I would share info.

Re: MSN Messenger
Quite intregued that you managed to get it working well. Although I have managed to talk and see somebody else using MSN messenger and broadband via a web cam the picture is VERY VERY broken and the sound is behind the picture. Any ideas ?
Thanks

Re: MSN Messenger
I've adjusted my camera and audio and all work fine. It appears to be either a "slow" line which is strange as I'm on broadband or my PC which is less than 12 months old and near top of the range. I'm confused !!!
Send some of that beginners luck my way please !!!!!
