There are about 40,000 Australians trying to get back to Australia - and they can't! You might find it very difficult to get a flight and quarantine place! Not many flights and ones that are - are expensive or sell out quickly. You can all but try!

Just be warned besides lack and expense of flight availability, to find a rental is very hard at the moment. Perth is not very impacted by the actual virus if that's what you mean. Is it with a permanent move you have in mind ? Not many coming in on immigration visas at the moment.

Then firstly you need to see if you are eligible for one, and focus on that side of it first.
Few visas are being processed/issued at present and even if PR is eventually granted it could still be many months after that until you can get a flight. Not worth worrying about moving to Aus as it is now, as it will be many many months before you can move and the world could be a very different place again.
