Default Movers

We leave for Albury NSW in 100 days and are busy getting quotes from freight/moving firms.

Wondered if anyone could give us any pointers or share their experiences in this field.

We've had two quotes so far; one from Brittannia - very professional but at £3,850 for a twenty foot container door to door, we think that's a bit pricey.

We also had Godiva Enterprises round. Much less professional (on first impressions) but a grand cheaper.

We live in North Wales so if anyone out there in BE land can recommend a mover then we'd appreciate any advice.

Cheers.

Try KnightMovers - there based in Snowdonia. You could also try Cestrian I think there somewhere just outside Chester.

Good Luck

Think John Mason's are based in Liverpool and seem to be recommended fairly often...

John Masons were fantastic! They did a really professional job and the price was good too! We didn't insure anything but there wasn't a scratch on anything!
