Can anyone recommend a good mortgage broker for a self employed person like myself.
I have been out in Aus for 10 weeks and am looking to buy within the year.
In UK I had a self cert mortgage, are there any equivilant ones over here?

Which state are you in?

Think the self cert equivilant is a lo-doc mortgage.

I'd be interested in the Qld one please, we were told that even a lo doc mortgage holder had to have their ABN for two years before any one would lend
