Yeah i would have thought so aslong as its a land and house package.

We were looking at new builds and could'nt work out how they did them so cheap until the penny dropped....it was only the cost of the building and not the land ..doh !! Its a different system in Aus,more of a culture of buying land and then employing a builder....something we dont tend to do in blighty.
