Money X-change - Bankers draft

Money X-change - Bankers draft
Looking to open an Oz HSBC Savings Account, it says that you need to have a bankers draft to open the account. I presume that if you get a BD from HSBC the rate would not be that good. Does H-Fix, etc. or the other monet exchange places do bankers drafts, so that they post it to me and I can then walk into my HSBC with the money to open.
