Yep. I think most are open until 3 or 4am. The clubs & some bars in the valley would be open until at least 4 or 5am I guess, some of them later. Of course theres always the casino if you want it 24/7 too

Re: Moaning Brits
I've been on the forum a few weeks now and i don't think there are many among us who moan. The immigrants miss things from home but thats not moaning that is human nature and the one's who want to be there just want some advise. I don't do alot of posting but i am on the forum alot surfing the threads and taking it all in.

When you get over here (and I hope you do if that's what you want) you'll find that the "whingeing POM" versus "cheerful, laid back Aussie" stereotypes are a bit of joke. Aussies moan just as much as we do and, by and large, about the same things such as mortgages, bills, drugs, kids getting into trouble etc etc etc....
One of the reasons I think people go off at the deep end with complaining on this site is that its an outlet from the "zero-tolerance" that most Aussies have for criticism of their country by foreigners. People can speak their minds on this forum so they do.
When you get over here and you realise how different it is from your life in the UK (and I don't mean the usual stuff like weather) I'll bet you'll be voicing a few complaints yourself - probabaly when your opening your pay packet :scared:

Pretty ironic though a thread started by a Brit, moaning about Brits already here who he considers to be moaning (does that mean he's one too?? )

The only narrow minded people are those that think they can take their own piece of England over to Australia and expect to live their as an Englishman - If you are over there then surely you have to live like an Aussie.
