Can’t believe how they try to promote Milo as some sort of health food with the amount of sugar (main ingredient after milk and water). 200 cals a 8floz serve.
Nutella. Now there is another one that annoys me. Promoted as a low GI food source for kids, skipping over the fact there is more sugar in it that nuts.
They roll out sports personalities to sell Weetbix as well, glossing over the fact that it is loaded with sugar and shredded wheat would be a much better choice.

Milo Powder is 46% sugar, and says it's an Energy Drink on the tub.
