I know it quiet well.... Lot of people from my Workplace live there. Not much to say about it really, Lots of fairly new houses in an estate like enviornment. Lots of very big houses, will seem very affluent compared to Durham I would think. Probably a good starting point in Melbourne as prices are pretty dear for UK migrants at present. It's best point compared similar places on the otherside of Melbourne is you will be at least 30 to 40 mins closer to the CBD. Good roads and plenty of shopping centers around there.... Oh and your not that far from the Country.

I've painted this in as good a light as possible for you.... Main selling point size of house for your money.
