Well I think they are going down hill fast then! they spelt our Surname on our TRA form wrong - twice & missed off my wife's date of birth completely! Also the form was sent in an e-mail & was a Microsoft Publisher document. Luckily I had MS Pub on my old computer still! But it doesn't sound very thorough!

Sue,

I am surprised you put the Migration Bureau on the do not use list.

We have business dealings with virtually every Migration company going and the feedback that we get is that they are certainly in the top group of performers.

I suppose you will find good and bad in every individuals personal experience.
