Re: Migration Agents
We are also in the process of choosing an agent and so far have a huge list to pick from!
Would it be cheeky to ask how much people are paying their agent? As far as i can see there is quite a big difference between the cheapest and the most expensive. Does it follow that you 'get what you pay for'? Tiggs |

I know several people that have used them and all been successful, so I would recommend them!! Their prices compared to some are also very reasonable!! www.australiamigrate.co.uk My advice is ring round a few and see which one you feel most comfortable talking to!! We've used these too!! Very good!! :) |

We too used theemigrationgroup ( T.E.G.)based in Manchester. At the time they had 2 types of service- a checking service which is what we did- u fill in the forms and send them to T.E.G they check all info. thoroughly and give you very informative advice to help- apart from finding hubbies college qualifications and chasing up references it was quite straight forward. other service was the full blown all in deal( significantly dearer). Hope this helps and good luck wezzies. |

I liked the fact that they have the fees listed on the web site - most agents seem to want to hide them! The only problem i have is that their web site is rather ... how can i put this nicely ..... 'pants'! Now i know that their ability to get us our visa has nothing to do with how flash their web site is but it is a but off putting! Hmmm ... maybe i should suggest an exchange of expertise and get them to sort our visa application and i'll get Graz to sort their web site!!! :D Tiggs |

Cards on the table, I am a migration agent.
I did our own migration in 2000, when i left the police and had retrained as a solicitor. I have just set up a new business and the website should be up and running today. all i can promise you is that I know what it is like and will try and make it as hassle free as possible for you. Have a look at my website. the free assesment wont cost you a penny. Best of luck Andy Sinclair-Ford www.sf-migration-australia.co.uk
