Another factor to consider - you generally don't pay GST/VAT on professional fees from an Australia based agent if you are in the UK.

Hi, I'm applying for business owner prov.
I would prefer to have an agent handle the case as I am up to my eyes at work trying to sell the busines, plus all the hassles with selling the house, botn are up for sale.
I can handle £2k for the none hassle factor. but I did see one website charging Au$8,500 !!!!!!
