The eagle has landed back in Melbourne having drunk the UK dry of red wine and generally run amuck in the North West....watch out Melbourne!!!!!!!!!

It seems that good old Aussie red wine has gone up in price since i last visited three years ago.
I actually saw the sun on several occassions this time- I usually go back at Christmas.
30 degrees today , cooling off to the late teens toward the weeks end.
Have realised since my return how much I am addicted to melbourne's customer service.
When i was trying to get some passport photos done in the UK , the shop assistant said she couldn't do them as the screen had fallen down and there was no-one available to hold it whilst she took 2 sets of photos both ultimately rejected by the passport office.
Thanks for holding the screen up Mum!
I would highly recommend Jessops photography in St.Peter's Square, Manchester for your photos as everyone else hasn't a clue about what is now required .
