Melbourneans-Would you recommend your suburb
Hi all
Just been researching some Melbourne suburb profiles and thought it would be lovely to hear how people like the suburbs they live in, what are good and bad points, how expensive is property there, etc.

No bad points for us except:
Property is very expensive and too many already renovated propertys so its going to take a while for some "unrenovated plots" to come on the market. Like buying a brand new car - cant see the point in paying a premium. But the location is worth the money
