Hi,
We are hoping to move to Melbourne by May and am researching some of the suburbs that we could buy a house in.
Could you please share your views on Craigieburn as a suburb.
Is it considered a good suburb i.e. low crime rate and decent demographics?
Is it considered as a suburb which will do well in future i.e. property price growth, infrastructure etc.
Many thanks!

Melbourne is such a vast area that people live one side and never visit the other, live in the south and never visit the north etc.
Have a look at the council web site and it will give you an idea of what the area is like.

We have a client who lives up there and loves it. We have visited on a couple of occasions and thought it was very nice. They live on the Fairways Estate surrounded by parks and lakes, not forgetting the golf course.
