Melbourne secondary schools (HELP)
i am moving to melbourne to be with my fience who is out there already we have a 12 year old son i would like some help on school's in the melbourne area im not sure exacly where in Melbourne we are goin as he as yet to find a house (he is on it 
) but he starts work on monday and will not have time to find out about schools i would realy like some if please if possible

Its difficult trying to help when your not sure what area your going to caz.
Its a bit like saying what are Londons schools like. If you get an idea of which area I'm sure someone can help.

I looked into Melbourne State High at one stage and thought it looked really good if you're after an academic/Grammar school type of education..

last years scores rated Melbouirne High School as no 2 .

im not sure exacly where we will be living at the moment as my fiance is looking for a house he as a job in melbourne and we rae looking for a house on the outskirts not knowing the area is hard i know i would like to know the age thay start secondary school and the subjects thay teach once i find out what area of melbourne we moving to i will post more sorry getting paniky now as i only have 5 weeks left in UK then Oz here i come
