Medicals
Can someone confirm for me that I have to print out and fill in one copy per person of form 26 and form 160.
I have tried to do a search on here, I have also looked at dimia's website, but I haven't seen it written down anywhere. It is quite possible I am not seeing it properly, but if someone can confirm this I would be very happy

yes our 2 kids (2 & 5 mths) cost £55 each at the doctors we went to. I think it is over 11's need xrays & over 16's need bloods....... not sure though.

what area are you in? The doctors we went to seem to be one of the cheapest for medicals - they are in Huddersfield
