Is there anywhere I can check a list of possible medical conditions which could have a detrimental affect on a Visa application?

We don't know but try the useful links at the top of the forum, usually by JAJ, or look on the DIMIA website.

I found the doctors who you have your medicals with useful, maybe they could help you further, its worth a try!!!
