When and if you get out to OZ does the doctor there request your medical records or is it up to you to bring them with you.
Would it matter if you didn't have them.

I phone our surgery yesterday and asked how I went about getting copies of our medical records. They went on about being able to do a printout of their computer system which would be free of charge. However, this would only contain the information during our registration at that particular surgery. (They can provide copies of your actual medical records at a cost of £10 and a bit of form filling).
I decided I wouldn't bother to get copies because we have all been as fit as a fiddle since we've been there and it's only me that had a few ops in my early years which they wouldn't have recorded. I thought it probably wasn't worth the hassle and cost to get them so will do without. We have the record book for Elley anyway.
Having typed all that I'm not sure I contributed much to this conversation but there you go ...!
