Medical forms 26 and 160........they gone ????

Medical forms 26 and 160........they gone ????
I'm looking for the versions of these forms that didn't say (For use inside Australia only) as these forms have now morphed into 26a and 160a respectively, restricted to inside OZ.
The old ones could be used for FRONTLOADING for us migrants !!!! and I'm assuming that's the point, that they (DIMA) are looking to restrict this wonderful pastime.
Has anyone got them ? Can anyone help ?
