Ahhh well. It might make the test a bit more interesting. Not that i am glad he's hurt himself. I'm just fed up staying up all night knowing damn well we'll get a pasting!!

Anne. You surely wouldnt put him in to bowl for the Aussies would you? :scared: sacrilege!!!! Well done to your boy too.

Same from me....cricket is a great game played in the main by well brought up gentlemen.

We are off in October and people keep asking if I will play over there, but I struggle to get in a village team here as a specialist fielder (can't bat or bowl). Do the Aussies need someone to do teas??

Awww poor Bengyboo.
I'm sure they'll find something for you to do.

Even worse for me.
1. i'm a girlie
2. i'm 40
3. i couldn't hit the opera house with a tennis ball at 10 paces!!

I must be a real weirdo. I seem to be the only female i know who has any remote interest in sport on TV. Love every minute of it.
Husband has to stuff a sock in my mouth and tie me to the sofa when the world cup soccer is on as i get way too over excited!!

nope, you're not. my hubbie always says he's got a fab wife, he comes in from work and i'm sat watching the cricket!! he loves it... when football is on, i always get a 'football tea' and plenty of ale, and get very vocal (poor kids!)

like now, i know the cricket is on, but the kids have got their programs on (dora the explorer at the mo), so it's killing me.

Not sure what his problem is, but he injured hmself in the warm up just before the game. Seems to be doing us a favour so far with all these runs!

Still waiting for a chance to sneak it on here - The Bloke is deep in some American true crime thing again. Have to take the radio and have a listen while soaking in the bath
