Just my opinion and you may be the nicest person in the world.. but I don't trust you as far as I could probably throw you. But that is just my feelings.. and on no account is this meant to slander you. But you blow with the wind.. very wishy washy to me.. no depth |

Accept what you are instead of pretending something you're not. You are very much like asheep to my mind. No depth to your being
If anyone is weak around here, it is you. Everyone else here can give as good they get; why can't you? You cry, you moan, you threaten to sue. I'm still waiting for your lawsuit, by the way. But you were full of shit about that like everything else. Anyhow, I'll be in Brisbane the end of next week. You are more than welcome to call me weak to my face, you and whatever army you can scrounge up. It will make an interesting conversation. We can discuss Greek contributions to the world vis a vis to the Welsh. Your part of that tale won't take long at all. Oh, and lastly...lol |

And you may want to look at some of your right's here in Aus while at you're at it, and the person (what nationality) who set the states. I'm laughing. bet you don't know..lol Peter Welsh is one of oldest languages in Europe ( and the oldest one in in the UK) , still be spoken today ( I can't comment with ancient greece, can you?? Re: Mateship
My Grandfather - a Welshman (Welsh Speaking) - spent 5 years in the Australian army, including 3 years as a Japanses POW. The only thing that got him through was his mates - many of whom were executed or died of fever during that time. His mates were obviously predominantly Australian, although I suspect there would have been others.
But as they died around him, quite frankly, I don't think he gave a SH*T where they were from. So let's put this argument to bed, as it does nothing for the honour of the millions of men and women who died of whatever nationality. There's a reason why they were called the ALLIES and every country paid a heavy cost. Paul. |
Re: Mateship
Saw the extra pages added to this thread since my last visit, took a look to see what people had thought about the Aussie rowers and seems I can't find it.
Maybe the database has stuffed up.... So would you folks mind if I took this thread 'off topic' and talked about mateship? Good to see the girls all together again today and talking for the media conference. That's how it should be - threaten to chuck her out the boat one day, have a barny, get everything out in the open, then declare you're all best mate again. |
