Some very good points. However, there appears to be a nebulous definition of "Australian". It is though we are some amorphous mass, we "Australians".
I don't believe you can say "Australians" without pointing the finger at leadership, past, present, and future. Religious, moral, political leadership. I understand the points put, but you cannot blame the individuals, can you?
So who "lead" Australia down this "ride the sheep's back", "football, meatpie, kangaroos and Holden cars", "footie, cricket, sports fan" road?
More interestingly, what is required of the future leadership?
