Manchester Australia Needs Skills Expo on 17 - 18 October

Anyone from an IT background going to this? Ive just looked through the exhibitors and theres only 1 IT listing, is it worth attending?

Were not from an IT background - my husband is attending from a construction point of view. See my thread under G'day. Just wondering exactly how useful this expo could be to us. COULD we get a job offer? Is it really that hard to get an invite to it?

Yes I registered for 17th, I am an IT project manager. After looking at the exhibitors I don't think I will be going either. However, I work in Portland Tower just across the road from the Hotel so I'm just going to decide on the day.
