Looking for a furnished house near Ocean Reef?
Hi Guys
We are now settled in Our own house in Ocean Reef and love it out here.
We have now brought another house which We are going to rent out fully furnished for short term/holiday lets as there seems to be a shortage of houses to rent out for a short term period,You seem to have to be tied up for a 6 months contract.
If anyone is interested the house is in Connolly on the Joondalup golf resort, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The location is ideal as You are only 5 mins drive to Joondalup and 5 mins drive to Ocean Reef, beaches are also very close and Perth city is only a 25 min drive away.
We have been here since Feb. and the property prices are rising all the time at an amazing rate and with interest rates are set to drop even lower, although the dollar is strong its still a good time to buy in this great area.
