Post long term planning for 410 visa

We are going to try for the visa 410 but are getting mixed information. The UK Au. Embassy site says that on the re-assessment after 4 years you DO have to again comply with the health and financial criteria (and if the goal posts have moved you have to comply with the new ones) However the Paris Aus Embassys site advices very clearly that on reassessment you will NOT hvaeto comply with health and financial arrangements -is this a mis type or are we no longer Europeans as far as Australia is concerned? Please help all the info we get is one step nearer clearly understanding our way:

Default Re: long term planning for 410 visa

The Regulations re the 410 Retirement Visa make clear that the only "relaxation" so far as what are called "established applicants" are concerned is the exemption from having to satisfy the financial criteria.

So neither site is correct!

Best regards.
