Default Living Away From Home Allowance

Hi there - I have just arrived in Sydney and now have started the new job (almost a year since I was offered it!)...
The problem is that because I am on a 457 visa, I need to fill out a LAFAH declaration saying what my accomodation and food allowance is.
I have no worries with the accomodation one (actual rent paid), but am struggling to find the current levels for the food allowance for myself, wife and 2 year old daughter...
Can anyone help - as I need to complete the form before I can get paid!
AAARRRGGHH!!

For the record, the weather here is just as good as when we left the UK the other week - and it is winter.... love it!
