Quite often when washing machines are moved, they suffer damage to the drum, and never work properly again. Would be such a pity if that happened to him!!!!!!

Poke dog shit and mouse droppings through the holes, poke small stones and anything that can cause major irritation to the skin.
Then telephone every single real estate agent you can think of and blacklist the tight fisted bastard, anyone and I mean anyone that is that dirty, selfish and manipulating deserves all they get.
Is there such a thing as a blacklist in the world of renting?
