Lion lament
We landed in Aus on Halloween day full of hope and promise but 5 months later we have realised what a humongous mistake we made.
We had hardly travelled outside of Cornwall and never even been to a hot country before. Perhaps the yokels should have stayed just that.
The pathway leading here was uphill all the way so I suppose the one thing we can take from the experience is that we overcame all the odds that were stacked against us.
Probably a case of letting the heart rule the head. We really should have used more logic. It's clearly not for us - oh well, we live and learn as they say.
Thanks for the help you have given us over the months and thanks for putting up with the "Lion king".
I wish you all well in your endeavours.
Sayonara friends.
