Hi Amanda

Both meets are at the same place (I believe) at Brewsters.

We (me and Scissors) will see you there then.

If you want I can PM you my mobile number and you will be able to text me on the day.

Cheers, Gary

Hi C

I have been just checking the thread for times/dates/place etc and Ive just noticed this....

Bit of a claim to fame here (well not really, but your Steve might be impressed!). My son (he was only 5yrs old at the time) was scouted by Man City Football Academy. He only lasted there for 2 months though, as he got a bit overwhelmed with it all, bless! He was very well looked after while he was there, the coaches are excellent. Not much of a 'claim' Im afraid!! But I was/am proud of him! :o

Sorry for going off at a tangent, back on track, where was I?!! Oh yes, the meet! We hope to come to the meet on the Sunday I will let you all know for def nearer the time, hope thats ok. Are many bringing children? My daughter is 11 and my son is 8.

Fingers crossed we can come, looking forward to meeting you all again and meeting new faces as well.

Cheeky :)
xx

We will still be there at 1pm, either because we haven't gone to bed yet or because we are starting again. :D Its only natural you are getting hassle from relatives as they are going to miss you / jealous and all the other reasons discussed on here. You have to be strong and do what you think is right for your family. Once they are gone they will come to realise they can't stop you and will start making the best of the situation. Personally, despite being relieved that my telling-of-the-parents went so smoothly on Saturday I am now starting to worry that they took it to easily. Almost as if it didn't register. Can't have it both ways! Karma on its way!
