Leaving it late !!!!!!!!!!!!
Well everyone,
We have nearly sold house at last (no survey yet) and my wife and the kids have to validate by May 10th. We haven't booked flights yet, because we wanted to leave to make sure the house was going through, so we could book one way tickets.
We plan on flying May 6th, question is how late dare we leave it :scared: :scared:
Will we still get flights 2 weeks before?
What do yer reckon people???????

I don't know but would have thought that you'd be fine last minuting. It's not school holiday time so should be availability. Try seeing if you can "pretend" book for a couple of weeks time, should give some idea.

I just looked on ebookers coz i was looking for myself anyhow.... I am guessing from your signature there are 2 adults & 3 kids in your family & I know that you were thinking of Mackay in QLD..... so here it is:

Yeh I was looking at them myself, also with SIA it is approx £1800 to go on the same day.
The Mackay thing was only for a job offer, but that died as they wanted a definite start date and I couldn't give them that as I hadn't sold my house then, well we still haven't until we have signed on the dotted line.
