At last!!!! Medicals
Just wanted to share my good news today, got back from last minute hols, no postal delivery from OZ, but upon checking emails, have now been requested to undergo the medical examinations (cough'n'drop).
I was expecting to be informed by post as this is what i'd been led to believe.
I have to download the forms and take them with me.
Havin' a nice Vodka now to chill out !!!

re: stacey and jordan - hi, applied for 136 Skilled independant. Timewise.... well, i applied for my skills to be recognised by TRA back in june 05, got word back sept 05 (General Electrician), then spent a few months saving as well as applying for ARTC. Applied for visa Jan 06, but got it all sent back mar 06 due to me sending a certified copy of my TRA assessment instead of the original
sent it all back (with orig) end of mar 06 then got word about meds Sunday.
Just found out today however, that upon arrival in Aus, i wont be entitled to work until i do a SWP of the LEA, then i can only work supervised until i do LET and the LEP tests!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 TESTS TESTS AND MORE TESTS!!!!! Just to prove that what i have been doing for the last 18years.... Talk about make it difficult.
