Default Last day at work...

It's finally here, this evening I walk out of the only job I've ever had, joined the company straight from school many years ago...

Feels very, very strange, it's here, it's real.

It's the sort of thing adults do...gulp.

Just keep chanting, don't cry, don't cry.

Know exactly how you are feeling................just looked up from my desk and saw the whole of the `Income Support`(Benefit office) section walking towards me.
Shit.......I thought, here we go again. Loads of deep breaths, doing my very bets not to well up again. And gues what..I didnt make it. The tears fell again!!!!!!

Sandra,

If it's any help, crying in an office is more acceptable than an oil refinery!!

You could always blame the fumes

I know how you feel, did it last week.

Hope your last days were not too stressful!

Don't remind me, I'll have it all to do twice - last day in work is 20 August but I'm going back for my leaving do on 3rd September....

beginning to think this could be a big mistake!
