Just accepted an offer on the house.

It was a few grand over our lowest price, so dead chuffed.

I am so relieved. The guy is buying a house for his son who goes to Reading uni, and wants out of halls. No chain, finance in place. The agent feels good about it, and if the survey brings up anything (state of roof) then we still have room to bring the price down a bit if necessary.
