It seems like a long time ago that we started out on this visa lark but after a few hitches they have finally arrived. Hurrah Now we've got to decide where to go. At the moment Melbourne seems to be top of the list- possibly Berwick. My mum-in-law was there visiting her friend's daughter and thought it was lovely so we are concentrating our research on there.

2/4/04-pcc's, baby's passport and 1022 sent
21/6/04-bond request
5/7/04-bond sent
3/8/04-visas granted
25/8/04-passports arrive back
26/8/04- our modem gets blown up by lightening and i can't get online to tell anyone about our visas Good excuse to buy shiney new laptop

glad things have all worked out for you,( i am still waiting on the TRA, seems a million miles away) but sure it came around quicker than you thought, especially with a new baby to focus on!!

we are thinking berwick also. fogmeister has chosen there to settle and seems to think it is very nice, there seems to be quite an expat community there!

I see you've changed your mind about SA.

We finally got our TRA back last week with a positive assessment. The only problem was our deeming date. It means we can't apply until December.
