Landlords Inusrance Perth
Hi,
I will be renting out a property in Perth in the near future and wondered if anyone out there knows of a decent insurance suitable for landlords. I guess I will need buildings cover along with some sort of rental income cover.
Find the websites here are not so good and I've gotten bored with trawling the internet so if someone else has done the leg work then I'd be grateful if you can let me know.

We use Terri Scheer, recommended by our letting agent. Not had to claim but very pleasant when I've spoken to them. 1800 804 016
