Re: Land usage codes
Residential A
The Residential A zone is primarily intended to
accommodate detached dwelling houses. A range
of housing forms which are generally no greater
than two storeys in height are also catered for in
this zone. The principles of AMCORD must be
adopted for the development of dwelling houses
on allotments of less than six hundred square
meters (600m2).
Residential B
Land in the Residential B zone is intended for a
mix of low and medium density residential
development, to include uses usually associated
with residential living. Multi-unit buildings at a
scale compatible with lower density development
are provided for in this zone.
Residential C
The intent of this zone is to provide for an overall
higher density of residential development. High
rise development which is not detrimental to the
amenity of the area is catered for. These zones are
typically located to allow access to inner city
facilities and in areas compatible with higher
density living.

Re: Land usage codes
Take a look at the redlands list. They give you detail explaination of each
http://v2.redland.qld.gov.au/Corp/Pl...eria+Template/
You may have a large area, but might be limited to a building envelope, or number of structures/use etc. We cant have a cat for example.
