Default LAFHA - Is lafha prorata to the number of days worked in the month

Hi, I recently had 3 days unpaid leave, my lafha was reduced, payroll advised that lafha is linked to the days that are worked in the month, can anyone advise if this correct.....

I don't know, but that would certainly seem logical would it not?

Not sure, it is not the "working away from home allowance" which would be related, so when you are on paid leave would the lafha be reduced, although you are not available for work.....

I thought LAFHA amounts were linked to salary paid therefore I would expect unpaid leave to affect it as it affects salary. Paid leave doesn't affect salary therefore I wouldn't expect it to affect LAFHA
