I've got two budgies called Freo (Fremantle) and Adi (Adelaide). My little Aussie compatriots.

Perhaps a reminder of your old home or your new one would work.

I had a friend who called his 3 pets Jesus, Mary and Joseph. A touch sacriligeous but he did get some strange looks when he called them in.

Another friend had Deefer and Peefer. (D for Dog and P for Pup)

Just a little bit different ... how about "Ingwer" or "gewurz" ( german for "Ginger" or "spice" )

Alternatively I've always wanted to call one of my cats either "dog" or "sir"

I just think it would be really cool to out in the garden shouting "Sir ... Sir ..... come here Sir !!!" or "Dinner Sir" ! :D !

Re: Kitten naming competition.....
