Cool Kath & Kim

I love Kath and Kim. If I'd have seen it the day we landed in Oz I would have run a mile but after about a year there we started laughting and realised we'd got the TV in oz. Anyone notice that?

Kath and Kim is great! I might see if I can pick it up in the ABC shop for my mum in the UK. I think a few of the jokes are oz-specific, but the majority aren't.

My mum and I used to walk around shops putting on Coronation Street voices calling each other Mam and Tracey, K & K remind me SO much of us! (when we're putting it on that is!)

Good idea Nara, just looked at the ABC website. Bit pricey at $30.95 for videos - 4 episodes per video, $50.95 for two DVD set but the peeps I was thinking of getting it for haven't got a DVD.

They've also got related gifts - aprons, tea-towels, t-shirts etc.

Have only just discovered K & K, but love it now.

Default K+K

Got the second series just up and running-unless I am mistaken and its the 3rd!
I personally think that Oz has finally come of age--they are actually extracting the urine out of themselves--a great leap forward, I think. "Look at mee,Keem, look at mee!"

Wish I'd recorded them myself now. DVD's are better value, but still a bit of a rip-off.
