You are entitled to your researchless opnion Amazon and yes union is larger, but please get it right next time.
League players going to union are because they are getting old and done the best of their years in the fitter code of League. Union is a retirement package for them.

I'm sure you'll find that Union is more of an international sport than League.
I dont deny union play more international games per year than League, but they still only have a few countries where its a strong structure.
AFL is the biggest sport in Aus on the terraces, certainly not on TV.

errrrrr, actually AFL is an international sport played in many countries.
Canada, Denmark, Great Britain, Ireland, Japan, Nauru, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, South Africa, USA

Also has international tournaments such as the Atlanic Alliance Cup - contested by the five Australian football leagues (USA, Canada, Ireland, Great Britain and Denmark) which flank the Atlantic Ocean and the International Cup contested by all the teams mentioned above.

M

PS. We even had a team in Hamburg, who competed in a league that covered Northern Germany and Denmark.

PPS. The Tamars are doing fine thanks. Saw another 2 the other day. they are soooo cute.
