Just wondering how long is your TRA taking?
We sent out TRA off about 3 weeks ago, we keep hearing different timescales for getting results so just wondered how long they are taking at the moment, anyone sent theirs off recently and got it back??
How long do we have to play the waiting game??

Have you had an acknowledgement letter yet?
TRA quote 3 months for prority applications but it seems recently they are coming back in around 7/8 weeks which is why im on tenterhooks at the mo!
I emailed our agent at the beginning of the week and he said they are still around the 7/8 week mark!
So hopefully i should know this time next week ours was acknowledged 12th July!
Then again Who Knows !!
Hope that helps a bit
Good Luck !!

We sent ours off April 26th and still waiting.. but then it took our agents forever to send it to TRA before finally telling them to submit it immediately on June 27th.

They seem to average 3-4 months. Thats if you dont have to provide even more info than you first sent in.

it would be better it there were a timescale they had to keep to. say 5 months until your pcc/medicals etc. i know everybodys case differs, but so does the skills assessment, and that is time scaled.

It does help thank you, what do you mean by acknowledgement?? We had nothing as yet, do they send you a letter or something saying they got it?? Our agent told us that because we on the MODL we would be priority case, not sure what we paid for seem to have just paid out loads of money!!
Looks like we still got a long old wait to go then, and as someone else says just as you get to the end of this wait an even longer one is round the corner!!
Someone was saying on a thread cant remember exactly what it was about but was to do with contacting the person dealing with your application but how do you find out who it is??
Thanks for all your comments!!

Re: Just wondering how long is your TRA taking?
if your application is on the MODL list, it does not make any difference at the skills assessment stage, its the same for everybody.
its at the next stage, the main application, that it makes a difference (or it used to, it seems as though it doesnt at the minute.... ).
you co, the officer in charge of your application, is what you are talking about. you usually dont find that out until much later down the line, and then you dont need to contact them at all (unless really really important).

OK thanks, there is so much information on here gets a little confusing until you are at that stage, if that makes sense!!
I will await acknowledgment from them then, at least then I suppose you know they are lookig at your case??

It was the same problem in my case, but TRA on the fast track takes abt 8-10 weeks to the maximum.
Best of luck
