Just accepted house offer - took 6 months!
First went on market last October - no offers until this week - then three all at once!
20k below original asking price unfortunately - but the market dictates the price, not the estate agent....
Been to estate agent to accept offer - our buyer wants us out by end of May!!
Terrified now - in a state of shock.
Next job I'm not looking forward to is handing my notice in. I am terrified! Was anyone else as scared as I am?
